We are seeking a skilled Application Administrator to join our Information Management Administration team supporting Data Management Services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tidal Enterprise Scheduler as well as various ETL tools, including both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom applications. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to provide application administration, job scheduling/execution, monitoring, code deployment, and troubleshooting of job-related issues.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative and system support for application toolsets used in coding, testing, and troubleshooting new and ongoing development projects.Manage application administration, job scheduling/execution, and code deployment activities.Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support enterprise job scheduling, assisting teams with troubleshooting code, network connectivity, and data integrity issues.Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards by following documented ITIL processes, completing incidents, requests, and other tasks using service management systems.Create and update technical documentation related to processes, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.Handle installation, upgrades, and configuration of application toolsets.Identify manual tasks and evaluate opportunities to automate processes using scripting tools.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of IT experience.Proven experience with Enterprise Scheduling tools such as Tidal Enterprise Scheduler and Autosys.Experience with ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter, Talend Big Data Platform, and SSIS.Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data warehousing best practices.Experience installing, configuring (including light scripting), and supporting COTS applications on Windows and Linux/Unix platforms.Familiarity with Incident and Change Management systems such as ServiceNow, TFS, or Aha!.Ability to collaborate effectively, be flexible, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability in a team environment.Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.Strong oral and written communication skills.Technical Skills:Tidal Enterprise SchedulerInformatica PowerCenterTalend Big Data PlatformSAP Business Objects 4.3+TableauPowerBIWindows OSLinux/Unix OSKey Skills:Administration and optimization of Tidal Enterprise SchedulerEffective communication and collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving aptitudeSQL and database knowledgeExperience automating manual operational tasksSkills:tidal enterprise scheduler,Informatica Power Center,Tableau,Power BiAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
