We are on a mission to contribute significantly to our “Rimini ONE” program, a turnkey Rimini Street service program that offers a comprehensive set of unified, integrated services that can run, manage, support, customize, configure, connect, protect, monitor, and optimize your Oracle and SAP ERP, database, and technology software.Position SummaryPrimarily responsible for designing, developing the medium to high complexity solutions by working with SCRUM teams. Participate in all meetings of SCRUM and KANBAN in order to provide better design products across the clients. Take ownership of development work for all of the clients in the release. Mentor and coach the team members to be able to handle low to medium development tasks and understand the full design.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Advanced experience in SAP HR ABAP programming
  • Design low to medium complexity Payroll solutions for SAP ECC Versions.
  • Participate in design solutions to handle different file types like XML, JSON etc
  • Participate in design meetings of assigned region’s developments and guide for better design and help to produce quality products.
  • Perform unit testing on assigned updates, including appropriate documentation.
  • Maintain appropriate change control and technical documentation
  • Provide guidance and support to RSI Support Engineers on escalated issues
  • Coordinate handovers and knowledge transfers required to complete assigned work on schedule
  • Keep project plans and release masters up to date
  • Follow a defect-free mindset in designing, developing, testing and delivering solutions
Additional Duties & Responsibilities

Education
  • Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Business/Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years relevant experience as an HR ABAP Developer, SAP
  • Development experience in SAP’s Payroll module is must
  • Good to have experience / knowledge in XI/PI and UK payroll
  • Should have worked in supporting inbound, outbound interfaces and third-party data exchange services
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & written.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
