This role combinestalent sourcing, skill training, and operational alignment to ensure our teams meetperformance metrics and deliver top-notch services. You will be the cornerstone inensuring seamless operations across hotspot cities and maintaining service excellence.Key Responsibilities:1. Training and DevelopmentSourcing and Onboarding: Identify, source, and onboard technicians with the rightattitude and skills to join the Easyfix team.Training on Core Values: Foster a culture of commitment, strong work ethics, anda focus on fulfilling key metrics.Upskilling: Design and conduct training sessions to address skill gaps and providetechnicians with the tools and knowledge to upgrade their expertise.2. Day-to-Day OperationsMonitor and address service cancellations, ensuring quick follow-ups to close tasksthat are out of the turnaround time (TAT).Collaborate with various team members to identify and resolve issues in hotspotcities, ensuring smooth service delivery.3.
