Salary: Up to 12 LPARole Overview:As the operational backbone of our school, the Head of Administration will ensure that all logistical, infrastructural, and administrative processes support our vision and daily functions. This leadership role oversees campus operations, compliance, staff coordination, resource management, and community services.Key Responsibilities:Operations & Infrastructure Management: Oversee daily campus operations, including facilities, maintenance, safety, and security. Ensure that all areas like classrooms, labs, and dining spaces are functional and clean. You will also supervise vendors and contractors.Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to statutory, CBSE, and local authority regulations. Maintain updated school policies and assist with documentation for board affiliation processes.Administrative Coordination: Lead the administrative team in managing records, scheduling, and procurement. Collaborate with the Principal and CEO to develop and monitor budgetary plans and maintain accurate databases.HR & Staff Support: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and administrative support for non-teaching staff. You will also coordinate staff rosters, attendance, and leave records.Event & Logistics Management: Organize logistics for school events, parent meetings, and outreach programs. Manage transport, accommodation, and catering for guests and visiting faculty.Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the school and parents, visitors, vendors, and local authorities for non-academic issues. Ensure smooth communication channels to resolve operational concerns.Required:
- A degree from a renowned institution with an exceptional academic record.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in administrative leadership, preferably in an educational institution.
- Knowledge of educational policies, school regulations, and administrative procedures.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic financial systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Experience in residential school operations.
- Familiarity with Cambridge compliance and school infrastructure management.
- A background in procurement, facility management, or event coordination.
