Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary reports with recommendations to improve long-term strategies. . Annual Revenue budget planning and implementation strategy to achieve the targets . Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity, ownership of correct processes, and utilization of the CRS and RMS tools available. . Manage online travel agency (OTA) and other distribution channel partnerships, monitor channel performance, and optimize channel mix to maximize revenue and minimize cost of distribution. . Establish and maintain RevPAR Penetration (RGI) leadership . Monitor competitive pricing and strategies, and adjust hotel pricing and inventory strategies accordingly. . Maintain and honor company guidelines on Best Rate Guarantee and Rate Parity . Monitor Business on Books, Pickup, Pace, and Forecasts on a Daily / weekly basis, and drill down to identify and drive demand. . Weekly revenue meetings with the GM . Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive revenue during low-demand periods, in line with corporate guidelines. . Work closely with the Sales and marketing team to develop and execute effective demand-generation strategies. . Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. . Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make strategic recommendations to improve revenue. . Identify and drive ancillary revenue levers for the property . Ensure compliance with brand standards and best practices in revenue management. . Provide training and support to hotel staff on revenue management strategies and techniques. . Oversee and guide the Reservations team of the unit on daily operations, processes, and performance. . Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department. . Assistance in planning for future staffing needs of the reservations department and assistance in recruiting in line with company guidelines . Periodic training and coaching for self and reservations teams . In case of off-property roles, periodic visits and engagement with the unit teams to maintain product knowledge and working relationships. . Any other reasonable requests made by management.
