We are seeking an accomplished Senior SAP Head / Group Head (GM) with deep multi‑industry SAP leadership experience. This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP professional (25+ years) who can drive large-scale SAP transformations, optimize enterprise systems, and lead strategic SAP programmes across manufacturing, services, textiles, medical, apparel, and global IT environments

Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop tailored SAP solutions
Lead detailed analysis of complex business workflows across multiple SAP modules
Facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops; design, configure, customize & test solutions
Identify issues, troubleshoot critical defects, and deliver immediate client-focused resolutions
Proactively propose enhancements & drive continuous improvement in SAP environments
Manage end‑to‑end SAP implementations, migrations, integrations, and support operations
Lead training, user onboarding, and expert consulting for new and ongoing programmes
Build relationships across business & technical teams; ensure complete documentation
Mentor teams, multitask across multiple strategic programmes, and deliver with ownership
Work independently with accountability, alignment, and strong execution discipline

Lead enterprise-wide SAP transformation across complex global landscapesDrive strategy, cloud innovation & multi-module SAP excellence at scale18+ years' SAP experience across Manufacturing, IT, Textiles, Medical, Apparel, etc.2+ SAP Global Certifications, with at least 5+ years as Implementation Consultant in PP and/or QM10+ years in full‑cycle implementations + 15+ years across SAP & non‑SAP systemsExpertise in:

SAP RISE, Cloud Infra, BTP, SAC Planning, Finance Consolidation
MM, SD, FICO, PP, QM, PM, HR/Payroll
Fiori, Dashboards, SOLMAN/ALM, SAP Audits, IDOC/EDI, Legacy Integration
Data Security, Cloud & Network Architecture
Strong cross‑industry process knowledge & leadership experience (SAP/IT/Delivery)
Strong understanding of accounting processes from business & user perspectives
