This role involves leading end-to-end asset/land acquisition, divestment and exit transactions, including valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, and closing, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Lead financial modelling and valuation analysis for M&A opportunities.
Coordinate due diligence processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure and negotiate deals.
Prepare detailed presentations and reports for senior management and investors.
Monitor market trends to identify potential acquisition opportunities in the property sector.
Support the integration of acquired entities into the organisation's portfolio.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to Investment activities.
Work closely with the accounting and finance department to streamline processes.
