- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor, collaborating with customers to facilitate crucial decision-making to optimize business processes fostering high product adoption and ultimately driving sustainable customer growth.
- Technical Excellence: Lead the technical delivery for up to 10 customers leveraging Xactly’s Products by architecting technical solutions rooted in best practices, ensuring every deployment provides a seamless user experience for long term solution health.
- Manage End-to-End Implementation Lifecycle: Drive the project delivery lifecycle with high quality; encompassing requirements definition, comprehensive documentation, system configuration, coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final deployment.
- Lead and Mentor: Oversee the work of others as a functional lead, mentoring new hires and identifying process gaps to continuously raise the bar for the team.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Technology Consulting and Business Analysis, or related fields
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience with the Sales Performance Management (SPM) domain is required
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of SDLC, RDBMS data structures, and database concepts.
- SQL Development: Strong skills in SQL development alongside system integration and troubleshooting experience.
- Leadership: Ability to work as a functional and engagement lead, overseeing the work of others while driving customer outcomes.
- Shift/Environment: Ability to work with minimal or no oversight in the NA East Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) within a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding service-orientation with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Personal Attributes: Self-aware, motivated, coachable, and able to work seamlessly as part of a larger team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- AI: Experience in leveraging AI/ML tools to drive continuous improvement with technical delivery processes
