Job Requisition ID #24WD76133Position OverviewFusion is a cloud-based 3D modeling, CAD, CAM, CAE, and PCB software platform for professional product design and manufacturing. We're looking for a motivated Software QA Engineer to join in the Design Engineering QA team to focus on developing and optimizing the automation tools/test suites to help improve the productivity of the software development & testing cycles.This is a hybrid position based in Pune. You will report to Software QA Manager.ResponsibilitiesPerform both Manual and Automation testing for Fusion to ensure the accuracy and functionality of graphics related areasIdentify, document, and track defects found during testing, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolutionVerify the graphics functions consistency across different OS, platforms, devices, etc.Help team to confirm, validate defects based on the customer reporting and descriptionCreate automation cases based on the in-house automation tool by following test designComplete assigned testing tasks on time and report progress on testing timelyProvide on-demand updates to Stakeholders for project status, overall quality status, and risksMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design or a related field with 2+ years experienceSolid knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case development and defect trackingExperience with bug tracking systems and test management tools.Good team collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsGood analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detailCan work independently on daily activities and follow guidance on new assignmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with 3D Mechanical CAD/CAE software (CATIA, IDEAS, Pro/Engineer, Inventor, Fusion 360)Knowledges with software testing methodologiesExperience in manual testing, specifically in graphics-related software applicationsFamiliarity with agile development methodologies is a plus#LI-Hybrid
