- Manage the development of the Global Capability Centre, ensuring seamless integration with worldwide engineering teams.
- Act as the central technical point for communication and support related to GCC tasks.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality engineering solutions aligned with defined quality standards.
- Oversee and manage projects efficiently, adhering to established systems, processes, and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts and implement best practices to enhance engineering quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and develop the technical skills and competencies of the GCC team to meet evolving business demands.
- Travel as needed to support project execution and global teamwork.
- Build and sustain strong professional networks within the organization and with external industry contacts.
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and promote smooth collaboration in a diverse, global work environment.
- Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a global engineering context.
- Strong background in engineering and project execution
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong technical expertise with hands-on project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Capability to operate effectively in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving focus with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.
