• Responsible with understanding of assembly line equipment's process and parameters like wheel alignment ,Dynamometers, filling equipment's etc
• Responsible Consistent Quality of rolled out vehicles with understanding of straight pass.
• Systematic Concern Resolution Process with understanding of Poke yoke, HEP,& QC tools
• Responsible for Develop & Deploy Quality Systems in line with focus on BIQ
• Identifying the need, bridging ownership gaps, documenting & training
• Responsible & Monitoring SPC on line Torque control nut runner (TCNR)
• Understanding of torque and pneumatic tools for Calibration eg., TCNR,Battery tools
• Responsible for engineering specification test on Vehicle
• Responsible for check man(Quality Inspector) certification through MSA(measurement system analysis)
• Responsible field failure control through WRAP(warranty reduction audit process)
• Understanding of vehicle system like HVAC ,brakes, clutch, diagnostics etc
