Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform pre-screening processes to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring the quality and relevance of candidate information.
  • Continuously contribute to the development and enhancement of Podar's employer brand through marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
