Company - AffordplanDesignation - Product ManagerWork Location - Gurgaon sec 54Experience - 5+ yearsWork Mode - 6 Days Working ( 5 Days from WFO and Sat WFH )The ideal candidate is expected to :- Understand business needs, end to end customer experiences when building payment solutions.- Good understanding of technology especially in fintech, wallets, payments, loans & SaaS will be a plus.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Recommend new processes, workarounds, and flow changes to ensure constant improvement and evolution of the Consumer experience.- Research and prioritize user requirements, strategic and business requirements, and functional requirements.
- Engage closely with engineering and architecture teams in Agile methodology to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs.- Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure the products we deliver are within regulatory boundaries.REQUIREMENTS:- 5+ Experience of driving a mobile app from scratch to launch with a Product Based company.- Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.- Strong depth and breadth knowledge in optimization, prototyping & Stellar design instincts.Why You Will Love This Job:- Salary best in Industry.- You will have the opportunity to work with the fastest growing fintech healthcare.
