We are currently recruiting a Senior System Engineer to join our team in Chennai.As a Senior System Engineer, you’ll drive enterprise solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and security, collaborating with a global team to enhance performance, automation, and client outcomes. Your role blends technical leadership with continuous learning, offering opportunities to mentor, innovate, and shape scalable systems in a fast-paced environment.Your key responsibilities as a Senior System Engineer will include:

Administer Microsoft 365, Hybrid Exchange, and Active Directory in global environments.
Design secure, scalable architectures with Azure AD, MFA, and Conditional Access.
Automate workflows via Power Automate and PowerApps to boost efficiency.
Monitor compliance, detect threats, and troubleshoot across endpoints and O365.
Serve as escalation point and mentor for technical issue resolution.
Adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior System Engineer:

Extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure: servers, networking, and virtualization.
Strong expertise in Azure AD and on-prem Active Directory integration.
Proficient in managing Office 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.
Certified in MS-102 with hands-on with Intune for mobile device and app management.
Skilled in implementing security and ensuring compliance in cloud/hybrid setups.
Additional certification in MD-102 is preferred.
