- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to shape content strategy.
- Develop engaging written and visual content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand objectives and tone of voice.
- Optimize content for SEO and conversion goals.
- Plan, create, and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels.
- Monitor trends and run campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships within relevant micro-communities.
- Support campaigns tied to events, webinars, or brand initiatives.
- Partner with the design team to create visually compelling posts, carousels, and reels.
- Experiment with innovative formats (stories, reels, polls, lead magnets) to generate awareness and leads.
- Track performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, growth, and conversions.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.
- 1–2 years of experience in content marketing or social media management.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling narratives.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, social media trends, and engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with content/design tools (e.g., Canva, analytics platforms).
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and deliver on deadlines.
