2. Identify and develop the new farmers/area for the potato multiplication to cater the need of the business
3. Arrange for timely allocation / distribution of seed to farmers and arrange post planting supervision and POP adherence
4. Ensure chip grade programs and zero pilferage of Chip grade potato
5. Ensure cold store management for full year supply security – 50000+ Tons
6. Ensure Agro key quality and quantity deliverables – CF and NCF buying within PIH specifications
7. Market intelligence, competitors buying activities, tactical buying expertise to make the volume and rates within AOP
8. Close coordination with transport agency and LD&T Manager for timely placement of vehicles.
9. Build relationship with each grower and identify potential new groups / association / NGO etc to grow / penetrate and increase farming
10. Ensure discipline amongst partners / suppliers / effective administration and implementation of company policy and standards. Also, maintain relationship with local government officials & administrative officers.
11. Liaison with local government officials – agricultural / horticulture – arrange field visits and increase farmer connect & get third party endorsement
12. Implement safety agenda in the state
