Responsibilities :A Tableau server/site Admin is in charge of creating and maintaining the framework that enables Tableau Desktop users in the organization to publish, share, manage, and connect to data sources and workbooks.If you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey, this is the place for you!Additional Responsibilities :Site administrator responsibilities:

Administer content: Create projects, move content from one project to another, assign permissions, change ownership of a content resource, and so on.
View, manage, and manually run schedules for extract refreshes and subscriptions.
Add and manage site users/groups.
Monitor site activity.

Configure site access - Customize the Site and Content Settings.
Security in the Cloud

a. Create projects - to manage users' access.
b. Set up the permissions structure - work with site roles to make up a user's access to the site and its content.
c. Add users - define and implement sign-in methods (SSO or Tableau credentials)

Site Capacity, System Maintenance, Notify Data Owners when Extract Refreshes Fail, Enable Tableau Catalog.
Use Lineage for Impact Analysis, Data Labels, Manage Dashboard Extensions in Tableau Cloud, Configure Connections with Analytics Extensions.

Server Administrator responsibilities:

Monitor server status and activity.
Add sites and edit site settings/groups.
Administer content: Create projects, move content from one project to another, assign permissions, change ownership of a content resource, and so on.
Manage storage space limits for content published by users.
