- Technical Operations: Manage and maintain building systems, including HVAC, boilers, generators, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Schedule, inspect, and perform repairs on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Vendor Management: Supervise third-party contractors for specialized services (lifts, security, cleaning).
- Budgeting & Cost Optimization: Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance, repairs, and utilities.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and environmental health and safety laws.
- Project Management: Oversee infrastructure projects, renovations, and office space reconfigurations.
- System Reliability: Monitor IT/network infrastructure and ensure uninterruptible power supply.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) or Facility Management.
- Experience: Proven experience in technical maintenance and building operations, often with 3–5+ years in a supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical), AutoCAD, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, vendor negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
