Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesEnsure the Software testing of Electric Powertrain ECUs.Hands on knowledge in hardware in Loop( HIL) testingAutomation of test cases on HIL with relevant tools & scriptOverview of VCU,BMS, MCU & OBC-DCDC interface & its impactFunctional & Diagnostic Testing of Electric Powertrain ECUsLead the commissioning of the HiL Hardware / SoftwareCoordinate with various stakeholders (internal and external)As a part of System HiL team, ensure alignment & implement SW Testing timelines in line with Project TimelinesLead cross functional activities & collaborate with leadership team as neededExperience2-6 years of experience in Software Validation of Electronic Control Units ( ECUs)Industry PreferredQualificationsBachelors or Masters of Engineering in Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical streamGeneral RequirementsSkills Required· Extensive experience in automotive electronics/electrical hardware in loop (HiL) SW validation in an OEM or Tier-1/2 environment· Expertise in Any of dSPACE / ETAS / Vector/ NI HiL Tool Chain· Good understanding of functionality of Electric Powertrain ECUs· Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink· Knowledge of CAN,UDS , CANoe, CAPL, INCA· Knowledge of Test Automation is additional Advantage· Good experience of various quality standards & Test Practices· Demonstrates good business acumen & strong inter-personal skills· Strong teamwork, Open Minded, oral communication, and written communication skills and ability to coordinate multi-disciplined team.· Proactive, self-motivated, and attention to detail· Highly process oriented and should work towards continuous improvements (Extremely IMPORTANT !!)· Drive and commitment to deliver technically challenging projects.
