Profile DescriptionWe’re seeking someone to join our team as (Associate) Data & Analytics Reporting (SharePoint /Power BI) who will be responsible for multiple administrative tasks within the Global Multimedia Services Group which comprises four integrated groups: Video Production, Event Production, Technical Operations and Executive Support. The role will include a number of key functions such as: processing invoices from external vendors, booking and onboarding temporary workers, inputting project data into global databases, transferring data from other firm systems into multimedia systems. Data integrity checking and developing automated reporting.Enterprise_TechnologyEnterprise Technology & Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services for Morgan Stanley supporting all business applications and end users.   • Receive, prepare, allocate, submit and track vendor invoices
  • Working with the team, maintain and process project data, track project actuals, and capture internal hours & external costs
  • Create and Develop analytics and time reports using SharePoint and Power BI
  • Coordinate with vendors to onboard new temporary workers/freelancers as needed
  • Manage Project expenses; stock images, stock music, music licensing reports and allocating costs to projects or blown out to the firm.
  • Manage multiple databases and the associated reporting
  • Create new reporting as required
  • Look for trends and anomalies within the data and flag to management team
  • Looks for optimization and development areas within the data
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates on workload and projects
What you’ll bring to the role:
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
  • 2+ years of experience in Power BI and database management
  • Bachelor's degree in a data and reporting subject
  • Experience with client-facing project management
  • Experience developing and managing production workflows, budgets, timelines
  • Strong written and oral skills, with active listening
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects across multiple time zones
  • Critical thinking, decision-making and problem skills
  • Strong customer service skills with an ability to effectively communicate with various levels of managers and customers
