A recent working knowledge of client technology configuration is critical to this role. As a Client Technology Product Implementation Manager, you will Oversee projects on behalf of Client Technology Manage product implementations for customer facing technology, like Online Booking Platforms Gather customer requirements and translate them into a configuration design Align the product configuration design with the overall service setup Consult with customers on how their needs are addressed and manage the customer expectations Configure and test the technical setup Present the product setup and manage the roll out Constantly adopt to the fast evolving technology portfolio About You Good knowledge of Amadeus (2nd or 3rd GDS is a plus) Solid experience in the administration on the online booking tool Concur (2nd OBT is a plus) Extensive experience in the travel industry Experience in process management (design, document and implement processes) Good analytical thinking skills Great empathy for customer needs and patience with demanding customers Flexible and adaptable to ever changing landscape About Us We're a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world's best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
