Job Description :Special Educator (RCI Accredited)Key Responsibilities:Assess and identify children with learning disabilities or special needs.Create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implement them in collaboration with regular teachers.Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.Work closely with parents and counselors for student development.Skills Required:Excellent knowledge of inclusive education and special needs interventions.Empathy, patience, and behavior management skills.Strong documentation and reporting ability.Qualifications:B.Ed. in Special Education or equivalent with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) accreditation.2–5 years of experience in a school setup preferred.
