Lead implementation of NABH standards.

Drive clinical excellence.

Establish Regular clinical audit Review.

Identify opportunities for quality improvement Programmed.

Project Management for all Quality Initiatives for the Functions / Cross Functions.

Quality Process Management System

Coordinate identification & documentation of all critical quality processes.

Maintenance of documented process maps for processes and procedures in the unit.

Conduct Process / Surveillance Audits.

Ensure closure of non-conformities.

Ensure wing to wing and correct measurement standards are put in place.

Medical Quality

Ensure implementation of NABH standards across the unit.

Training

Facilitate quality training in the zone.

Ensure implementation of various Quality training programs.

Communication

Implement and support the communication plan across the function.

Lead all Quality and Excellence initiatives at the respective function.

Years of Experience

Overall, 5-8 years of experience in managing customer service and experience.

Qualifications

BDS/ BPT/ MBBS / Any Medical Graduate with MHA
