- Develop and deliver training sessions (live, virtual, and recorded) for new and existing users of the CLM tool.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, videos and other training materials.
- Serve as the first point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable insights for system or process enhancements.
- Work with system administrators to configure or enhance CLM workflows and templates.
- Monitor system usage and performance to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of the CLM tool across departments.
- Recommend improvements to enhance CLM adoption, user experience, repository usability and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Management, Communication, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience with CLM tools (e.g., Evisort, Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft) or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in training, technical support, or process improvement roles.
- Familiarity with contract workflows and lifecycle stages.
