We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preprimary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is vital in shaping the foundational learning experiences of children aged 3 to 6, fostering cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through engaging, play-based learning. - Design and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education frameworks.

- Implement play-based learning activities that support cognitive, motor, emotional, and language development.
- Monitor and document individual student progress through observations, portfolios, and informal assessments.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure consistent communication and collaboration.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and developmental stages of young learners.
- Maintain classroom organization, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with institutional policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and curriculum planning initiatives.
- Engage parents through regular updates, parent-teacher interactions, and involvement in school events.
- Utilize educational tools, technology, and teaching aids effectively to enhance learning outcomes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) with a specialization in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or Certificate in Preprimary Education, Montessori, or Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in teaching children aged 3–6 in a formal or informal early learning setting.
- Strong understanding of child development milestones and developmental psychology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a warm, supportive demeanor.
- Proficiency in using basic educational technology and digital tools for teaching and documentation.
- Commitment to ethical practices, inclusivity, and continuous professional growth.
