The ideal candidate must have a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA/ICWA) qualification with strong experience in finance & accounting operations within the manufacturing domain.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementation from scratch in the plant.Provide functional support for FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Costing, etc.Work closely with finance and plant teams for requirement gathering and solutions.Handle month-end/year-end closing, compliance, and audit support.Ensure integration with MM, SD, PP and smooth financial operations.Requirements:CA or CMA/ICWA with strong accounting & costing background.8+ years of SAP FICO experience in manufacturing.Experience in finance processes, taxation (GST, TDS), and plant-level operations.Good communication and ability to work in a standalone role.Note: Retired professionals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
