Together, we deliver advanced 3D measurement software and high-value-added services that help manufacturers and accelerate their digital transformation.Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Regional Key Account Manager to lead the development of strategic industrial accounts and partners across India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting the deployment of our 3D metrology solutions across multiple production sites.This is a high-impact role requiring strong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to navigate complex industrial environments.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Key Account Development
- Define and execute account strategies aligned with global sales objectives
- Map key accounts: market share, technologies, decision-makers, and competitors
- Identify and engage key stakeholders in quality, production, and metrology
- Drive revenue growth through solution selling and contract renewals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
- Develop and manage a portfolio of partners (Resellers & OEM) in India to expand the market footprint and increase market share
- Collaborate with these partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities for sales growth
- Facilitate and execute partner enablement plans including training, joint events, and co-marketing activities to ensure a deep understanding of Metrologic Group's products and solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Share insights with internal teams to support product and service evolution
- Maintain accurate reporting in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Represent Metrologic Group at trade shows, industry events, and on social media
- Promote our brand and solutions in collaboration with partners
- Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales (industrial software, metrology, CAD/CAM, or manufacturing tech)
- Experience managing large industrial accounts or multi-site customers
- Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a matrix organization
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel regularly (~40–50%)
- Experience in the metrology or precision manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with reseller/channel management platforms or partner enablement strategies
