- Conduct in-depth market mapping to identify potential executive candidates across global regions, industries, and functions.
- Research target companies, leadership structures, and industry trends to support search strategies and talent intelligence reports.
- Build and maintain comprehensive talent databases, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Prepare candidate briefs that summarize professional backgrounds, leadership achievements, and potential fit for specific roles.
- Develop competitive intelligence reports that highlight market shifts, competitor leadership moves, and emerging talent pools.
- Collaborate with the global executive hiring team to refine search criteria, outreach strategies, and diversity hiring approaches.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support special projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, leadership succession planning, and emerging market talent strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to contribute to fresh perspectives.
- A recent graduate or final-year student with a strong academic record in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, International Relations, or related fields.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills-comfortable navigating LinkedIn Recruiter, industry reports, organizational charts, and other talent intelligence tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Curiosity about leadership, organizational structures, and global business trends, with a willingness to explore unfamiliar industries.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn from experienced global recruiters and researchers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with colleagues and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
