Key Responsibilities:- Drive B2B and channel sales of laptop batteries across South India.- Identify, onboard, and manage IT hardware distributors, resellers, and system integrators.- Build strong relationships with key accounts and enterprise clients.- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.- Coordinate with internal logistics and support teams to ensure timely deliveries and post-sales support.- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and partner meets.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.- 3-8 years of experience in IT hardware sales, preferably laptop components/accessories.- Strong network of channel partners in South India.- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
