Facility : TransportationKey Responsibilities:Supervise and manage QC/QA team to ensure adherence to quality standards across all production stages.
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO or industry-specific standards.
Oversee inspection of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Analyze quality reports, identify recurring issues, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Review and approve quality documents including SOPs, test reports, calibration records, and certifications.
Train production and quality staff on quality procedures, standards, and improvement initiatives.
Ensure traceability, documentation, and recordkeeping of all QC/QA activities.
Work closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent product quality.
Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and customer complaints.Notes:
