- Process Optimization: Lead the design and implementation of automated, scalable delivery processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Quality Management: Establish and maintain robust quality frameworks aligned with CMMI, ISO 9001, and ITIL standards to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Automation & AI Integration: Drive automation initiatives leveraging AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and digital transformation to streamline operations and minimize manual effort.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and clients to identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship to teams on best practices in delivery excellence, quality management, and process transformation.
- Experience: 20+ years in IT service delivery, quality management, and process transformation.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
- Methodologies: Deep expertise in CMMI, ISO 9001, ITIL, Agile, and Lean frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with process automation tools, AI-driven analytics, and digital transformation technologies.
- Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
