- Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring prompt and professional support.
- Enhance the customer journey by providing guidance and resolving escalations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality metrics.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and technical teams to address customer concerns.
- Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and long-term relationships.
- Educate customers on solar solutions, processes, and post-installation support.
- Prior experience in Customer Success / Customer Service / Account Management.
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first mindset with ability to manage escalations.
- Comfortable working 12 PM – 9 PM Pacific, 6 days a week.
