- Design and implement ETL processes using SAP BODS and SQL Server for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Develop and optimize SQL scripts for data staging, transformation, and validation.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing ETL jobs and workflows to support evolving business needs.
- Monitor ETL job performance and troubleshoot issues related to data quality, job failures, and latency.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Document ETL processes, data mappings, and technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities across development, QA, and production environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BODS and SQL Server development.
- Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other SAP modules is a plus.
- Knowledge of job scheduling tools and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
