- Daily work allocation to operators as per plan / need, based on available skill and resources.
- Monitoring and chase-up of job progressing high productivity.
- Maintenance of harmonious work environment with unionized workmen with maintaining discipline and state of art manufacturing shop decorum.
- Daily and critical reporting of job progress and events to IS and seniors with problem-solving decision-making approach.
- Ø Must have Worked in a CNC machine Shop.
- Ø Hands on experience with Modern Tools & CNC programming.
- Ø Knowledge of TQM, TPM , 5S and other best practice in Industry.
- Ø CNC Programming, Manpower Mgt.
- Drawing reading
- Process development, improvement initiatives, SAP familiar
