Executing production according to the appropriate instructions.
Responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering and maintenance.
Handling manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.
Developing Manufacturing processes for Product flow, Assembly, Testing, Tools & fixture requirement.
Preparation of Work Instruction for Assembly, Testing. Ability to interpret drawings, technical specification & other design details required for instrument assembly, Testing, disassembly.
Troubleshooting Valve Positioner Software and Hardware issues Train technicians to assemble & test positioner.
Skills on root cause analysis & drive corrective actions.
Lean project implementation: Identify & implement continuous improvement opportunities on Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.
Knowledge in Six Sigma techniques for Capability Analysis, Trending analysis, Gauge R&R, FMEA.
Creating visibility through dashboard of failure modes & corrective actions

Fuel your passion,To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor's degree in electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited university or college (with at least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing).
Knowledge on tools like Labview & C #
Knowledge on Wiring harness, Connectors & Terminals, Relays, Analog & HART Communication, I/P Converter, Pneumatics.
Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
Self-starter mindset and constant engagement in developing new skills.
