The position of Contract Management Expert is the key position in these BIDs. Missions/Main Duties:
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts to align with project goals, timelines, and legal requirements
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks specific to railway infrastructure and construction.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant laws, safety standards, and railway regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, legal teams, and government bodies to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Monitor budgets, manage variations, and handle claims or disputes efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and communications; provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Address and resolve contractual conflicts through negotiation or legal channels.
  • Ensure all obligations are fulfilled and contracts are properly closed upon project completion.
Profile/Skills:
  • B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering along with an additional Degree in Law or Management
  • He/She should have minimum of 7 years’ Experience in dealing Contracts pertaining to Construction industry.
  • He/Should have experience as Contract Managment Expert in Railway/Metro / HIgh Speed Rail/Monorail/National Highway/State HIghway/Power Transmission Lines/Canal or Dams projects
