- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Actively participate in ad-hoc business development activities, including identifying potential clients and market segments.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies to expand our client base and revenue streams.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
