- Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating when necessary
- Track and resolve Help Desk tickets within agreed service levels
- Support office IT operations, including conference room and A/V setup
- Perform regular maintenance, software updates, and system patching
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of assets, incidents, and standard procedures
- 1 -2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach
- Technically skilled in Microsoft 365 | Exchange | Okta | Intune | Active Directory | Mimecast | CrowdStrike .
