Description & RequirementsSummary: In the Infor Data Services team, the Senior Software Engineer (ReactJS) is responsible for leading the development and maintenance of advanced web applications. This role involves designing seamless user experiences, conducting code reviews, and ensuring code quality. The Senior Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and consistent front-end solutions that align with business goals.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality React applications that meet product and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Work with project management to set feature timelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure that all code meets company standards.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation.
  • Collaborate with other teams for a cohesive approach to development.
  • Continuously improve the development process to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable code.
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
  • Efficiently coordinate and collaborate with customer and client-facing teams, providing in-depth and quality solutions quickly.
  • Experience in leading projects and mentoring engineers in best practices and innovative solutions.
Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7-9 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in building micro-frontends
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Critical user experience thinking ability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Git and Docker.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
