Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Shreemaruti Instruments Pvt. Ltd. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, implementing strategies for operational efficiency, and leading a team of employees. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in driving and maintaining the company's high standards of manufacturing and delivery. Qualifications Experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing industry Knowledge of instrumentation valve and fittings production Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Effective communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of quality control and health & safety management systems Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Prior experience with ISO certifications and quality standards is a plus
