Role Overview In Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share within the India geographies. You will be leading a team of inside sales professionals and collaborating with various departments including finance, operations, legal, product, DT, training and quality etc. to ensure the successful growth of the JindalX business. Key Responsibilities Work with Head - Business Development / sales to identify potential clients and strategic partners. Develop and implement revenue-generating initiatives to achieve and surpass set financial targets. Work with existing enterprise clients and explore opportunities to grow the accounts and upsell and cross sell services. Pitching the right solutions to the client by creating the required collaterals, negotiate and close the deal. Monitor sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities. Take the lead in strategic customer engagements, negotiations, and key account management. Set up appropriate business development strategies and processes. Exhibit exceptional people management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment for the sales team. Act as a crucial conduit between clients and our product / operations team. Gather valuable feedback from customers, understand their pain points, and provide actionable insights to enhance our service offerings. Role Requirement 12+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development with at least 6+ Years Experience in Service Industry MBA from a reputed school/college will be preferred Must have great communication skills (oral and writing) and a great attitude. Understand use cases, best practices, nuances, key metrics, etc of outsourcing. Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in the outsourcing domain. Analyze and capitalize on opportunities to enhance our product offerings and remain competitive in the marketplace. Persona Self-starter, motivated, comfortable working in a high-paced startup environment, balancing execution with building processes and systems for scale. Strong experience in sales, customer-facing roles, and managing high-revenue quotas. A numbers-driven individual with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving profitability. Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a passion for developing and mentoring teams to achieve outstanding results.
