As a Senior Principal Solutions Architect at NTT DATA, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the most complex and large-scale solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to lead the design and transformational strategies that address their unique needs. Your expertise will be crucial in providing multi-technology consulting services on all aspects of application software, infrastructure, and related components.In your day-to-day role, you'll lead the development of intricate solution architectures within specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas. You'll identify and evaluate alternative architectures, weighing cost, performance, and scalability, and produce specifications for cloud-based or on-premises components that translate into detailed designs.Your Responsibilities will also include driving change programs or projects, preparing technical plans, and ensuring adherence to enterprise and solution architecture standards. You'll stay abreast of emerging technologies, create technology roadmaps, and share insights to keep our solutions cutting-edge.Engaging deeply with client requirements, you'll collect DATA, deliver analysis, and resolve problems. You'll design components using appropriate modeling techniques and create multiple design views to meet the varied concerns of stakeholders. Your leadership will guide the development of new go-to-market services and enhance our vertical expertise.As a mentor, you will support less experienced Solutions Architects, sharing your vast knowledge and helping them grow. Your collaborative efforts will extend across sales, product, and delivery teams, leveraging your network to open new opportunities and drive success.To thrive in this role, you need to have:
- Significant knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, operating systems, and infrastructure designs.
- Deep understanding of how specific infrastructures and application software are deployed in line with methodologies and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, and COBIT.
- Significant experience in a technology services environment, covering areas such as software development, application support, and infrastructure support.
- Experience in project or program management, client engagement, and consulting.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and delivery.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
