- Design, create and format PowerPoint presentations, word and excel documents from rough slide decks and documents, sketches, emails, or images
- Create illustrations, icons, infographics, tables, diagrams, graphs, templates etc. as per the requirement
- Design various types of digital collaterals such as social media posts, emailers, banners, brochures, booklets, newsletters, websites, videos etc.
- Analyze expectations of the stakeholders, understand the context and present the data and develop highly creative, customized, high-quality deliverables
- Take ownership of assigned projects from inception to completion
- Adhere to brand guidelines and standards
- Provide rigorous, consistent quality control of each presentation before they are delivered to the stakeholders
- Update the entries of the work assignments on internal tool and update the repository for tracking and reporting purpose
- Handle the document control of collaterals and bid material
- Develop collaterals, case studies and re-usable content for the opportunities.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, iconography, colors, vector images, image file formats, image resolutions
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Similar experience in Presales, prior exposure to BPO industry will be preferred
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple assignments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in HTML presentations and coding knowledge, Video Creation/editing, experience in video editing and creation software will be an added advantage.
- Good at PPT animations and well verse with nuances of Word formatting
