We Are Hiring Floor Manager In Mumbai.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead showroom staff to ensure smooth daily operations.Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated customer queries.Monitor sales performance and motivate the team to achieve targets.Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock management.Train and guide sales staff on product knowledge and customer handling.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and showroom ambiance.Coordinate with the inventory team for stock replenishment.Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Promote upselling and cross-selling to enhance sales.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in retail/showroom management (clothing/fashion preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Knowledge of fashion trends, retail operations, and visual merchandising.Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
