The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to analyse requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and support the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements • Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions • Support product owners and project managers during project planning and execution • Assist in testing, validation, and UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automa on
RequirementsRequired Skills
  • Strong understanding of business analysis and requirement gathering techniques • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies • Ability to create BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional documentation • Basic understanding of so ware development lifecycle (SDLC) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
