- Participate in Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Convert business requirements into user stories and technical solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams
- Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / OMS)
- Develop using:
- Apex Classes & Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
- Flows & Process Builder
- Implement order lifecycle workflows (Order Capture → Fulfillment → Returns)
- Work on integrations between Salesforce and:
- Shopify (order ingestion, updates)
- ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics NAV)
- 3PL systems (inventory, shipment updates)
- Support API-based integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Exposure to middleware (e.g., Apache NiFi) is a plus
- Assist in data migration & validation
- Work with data models: Orders, Inventory, Accounts
- Support ETL processes and data quality checks
- Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT
- Fix defects and support regression cycles
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong in:
- Apex, SOQL, SOSL
- LWC / Aura
- Salesforce Flows
- Understanding of:
- Order Management processes
- APIs & integrations
- Basic knowledge of:
- Inventory & order lifecycle
- Agile methodology
- Experience with Shopify / eCommerce integrations
- Exposure to OMS / Order orchestration systems
- Knowledge of ETL tools or middleware (NiFi preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin, PD1 Must have)
- Javascript Developer (Must have)
- Sales Cloud certification (Must have)
- Service cloud certification (Good to have)
- PD 2, App builder (Good to have)
