- Maintaining functional level complex assignments (Key Account Enrollments) including Service issues to the benefit configuration teams via workflow application consisting of perm (100+ employees) and temp staff (150+ during peak season) including onshore staff
- Support the business by managing workflow tool to drive throughput, meet E&I Key Account service readiness and member access to care goals. This includes but is not limited to setting & managing the inventory strategy/plan and working closely with the functional leaders to ensure the plan is executed
- Having regular/weekly call with onshore inventory specialist and discuss about the current overall inventory/workload, also taken suggestions for the assignments
- Ensuring the right work is aligned to the Enrollment Analysts as per the individual skillset provided by the business managers for ACIS, TOPS, Contracts, iBAAG and BVT
- Participate in daily inventory meetings and provide any additional support if required
- Maintaining workload balance and resource any specific aged timelines to other next available analysts to avoid further ageing on customer implementation
- Closely watch dedicated customers (highly sensitive Key Account groups) and setup permanent analyst alignments into the system for the groups approved by the Sales teams/Business Leaders
- Reviewing each individual work queue throughout the day and add additional work, if necessary, depends on the overall inventory
- Timely prioritize escalated timelines or other important timelines that came through workflow tool and assign immediately to the implementation analysts
- Ensuring the right work is aligned to the staff as per the individual skillset provided by the business managers
- Helping to create inventory dashboards which is successfully using by the inventory team to track the work and for the inventory call discussion items
