- Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via chat, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support OS installations (Windows, Mac) and software updates.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT assets.
- Create and update documentation related to troubleshooting steps and FAQs.
- Collaborate with the IT team for system upgrades and rollouts.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common office applications.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced IT environment.
