- Manage a team where the primary responsibility will be end-to-end Client management, campaign executions & revenue realization. These include but are not limited to:
- Client Management
- Escalation Management
- Revenue reporting, management & Delivery
- Campaign building, execution & Management
- Campaign Optimization & Troubleshooting
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team including: team scheduling; Ensure dissemination of process, policies, performance and quality expectations.
- Provide management and professional guidance to team members through regular one-on-one meetings, regular team meetings and monthly account reviews.
- Manage team to ensure adequate account coverage through team schedules and back-ups. Responsible for coaching and developing staff to meet or exceed job expectations.
- Drive the development of the Client Management and / or Online Marketing discipline within the team
- Responsible for owning and driving performance for Adobe AdCloud Ad operations/ Services Business. Assisting with quarterly business review preparation, adhoc reports and projects.
- Coach and mentor team with customer escalations and non-engagement; assist in problem evaluation and resolution; work directly with customers as necessary to resolve escalated issues. Prepare appropriate status reports for delivery to customers and account management.
- Inform management of potential customer problems; when necessary, escalate customer problems to leadership for assistance in resolving the problem and/or dealing with the customer.
- Strive to master Adobe AdCloud technology and keep up to date with feature enhancements & updates
- Strong understanding of the Display Advertising Ecosystem; experience working on Ad networks (GDN/Tribal Fusion/OpenX/Value click); Familiarity with ad servers, rich media vendors, RTB/Programmatic buying experience a plus :
- Interact with account managers, engineers and partners on various ops projects and work in partnership with internal and regional teams to execute display campaigns.
- Govern processes to monitor performance and budget pacing on daily basis to drive performance and help team take appropriate steps to avoid over/under delivery with collaboration with Account Management team and client.
- Govern process to drive Quality assurance in campaign deliveries
- Should have experience in strategizing and defining the best practices for display advertising campaigns and solid understanding of user retargeting and third-party tags.
- 12+ years of overall relevant work experience with 4-6 years of people management experience
- Experienced in handling annual performance review for team members
- Strong hold and experience in performance management processes
- Demonstrated abilities to identify, improve and apply your emotional intelligence to be more effective as a leader.
- Must have exposure to lead change, scale the business and inspire and guide your team through ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
- Experience presenting in front of senior leaders, large groups and customers.
- Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies
- Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative and negotiating tough situations
- Basic project management and excellent communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. More specifically, it will be important to have in depth knowledge on the following Excel features (but not limited to) :
- Vlookups, basic formulas like sum, sumif, iferror, etc.
- Pivot Tables and Graphs
- Macros
- Excellent Microsoft Presentation and ability to create new infographics to create/present business/performance reviews
- Exposure/expertise to Adobe Analytics or Adobe Audience Manager will be a plus
