Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR and PMS)(Fulltime Opportunity)(WFH)Must have at-least 3 full cycle implementation experience in Oracle EBS HRMS 12.2.x versionWorking knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion will be an added advantage.Play the role of SPOC for our client based in Doha, Qatar.Be the first line of support for our client and coordinator for the offshore team based in India.Handle routine day-to-day support issues in Oracle EBS HRMS modules.Responsible for gathering customer requirements and mapping them onto the Oracle applications in the most efficient way maintaining best market practicesResponsible for documentation (RD011, AN 100 and/or any other documentation required)Responsible for validating and if required doing all Business Interfacing discussions, Scoping, Planning, Functional analysis, Requirement & Gap analysis, Mapping, Solution Designing, and Functional Testing.Gather requirements from key users and guide them on Oracle best practice providing solutions and highlighting drawbacks of the different options and scenarios possible.Responsible for driving adherence to support project or CR milestones, including implementing appropriate corrective actions when progress deviates from planReport or highlight work stream risks and issues to the project management teamResponsible for translating business requirements into solutions, preparing technical specifications, coding, testing, debugging and documenting software programs of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices.Prepare Test Scripts, Test Cases and Executing the Test Scenarios in Oracle Applications.Defines the requirements for any application related extensions that need to be developed by the Oracle Applications Developer.Must have onsite implementation experience (Middle east experience preferred)Strong communication and presentation skillsStrong experience in Oracle OUM deliverables
